Printable State TC-40 Tax Form and Instructions
Printable Utah (UT) state income tax form TC-40 must be postmarked by April 17, 2018 in order to avoid penalties and late fees. Printable Utah state tax forms for the current tax year will be based on income earned between January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. The Utah income tax rate for 2017 is a flat tax of 5%. To check the status of your Utah TC-40 income tax refund online, visit the Utah State Tax Commission website and use their Where's My Refund service. Utah State Tax Commission states that filing electronically can take up to 60 days to process your income tax return. If you file a paper income tax return, it can take up to 90 days to process.
To check the status of your UT income tax refund for 2017 you will need the following information:
- Social Security Number or ITIN
- Refund Amount
The requested information must match what was submitted on your Utah TC-40 state income tax forms for the current year. The Utah State Tax Commission refund lookup service can only be used to query the current income tax year 2017.
