Printable Utah (UT) state income tax form TC-40 must be postmarked by April 15, 2019 in order to avoid penalties and late fees. Printable Utah state tax forms for the current tax year will be based on income earned between January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The Utah income tax rate for 2018 is a flat tax of 4.95%. Utah State Tax Commission states that filing electronically can take up to 60 days to process your income tax return. If you file a paper income tax return, it can take up to 90 days to process.
