Printable State IL-1040 Tax Form and Instructions

Printable Illinois (IL) state income tax form IL-1040 must be postmarked by April 17, 2018 in order to avoid penalties and late fees. Printable Illinois state tax forms for the current tax year will be based on income earned between January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. To check the status of your IL-1040 income tax refund online, visit the Illinois Department of Revenue website and use their Income Tax Refund Status Inquiry service. Illinois Department of Revenue refund processing time is stated as within three weeks for an electronically filed return and as long as 15 weeks for a mailed in paper return.
