Printable State 200-01 Tax Form and Instructions

Printable Delaware (DE) resident state income tax form 200-01 or non-resident 200-02 must be postmarked by April 30, 2018 in order to avoid penalties and late fees. Printable Delaware state tax forms for the current tax year will be based on income earned between January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. Delaware State Income Tax Refund Status

To check the status of your 200-01 income tax refund online, visit the Delaware Division of Revenue website and use their Refund Inquiry service. Delaware Division of Revenue states on their website that electronically filed income tax refunds generally process in 1 to 2 weeks. Mailed in paper income tax forms are estimated to process in 30 to 90 days. To retrieve the status of your DE income tax refund for 2017 you will need the following information:

  • Social Security Number
  • Refund Amount

The requested information must match what was submitted on your resident 200-01 or non-resident 200-02 state income tax forms for the current year. To look up prior year refunds, you will need to contact the Delaware Division of Revenue service center by phone, email, or mail.
