2018 State Income Tax Forms

Printable 2018 state tax forms are grouped below along with their most commonly filed supporting schedules, worksheets, 2018 state tax tables, and instructions booklet for easy one page access. Most state tax forms will refer to the income, adjustments and credit amounts entered on your federal tax forms. If you have not done so already, please begin by printing your federal Form 1040EZ, Form 1040A, or Form 1040.

State Income Tax Forms for Tax Year 2018

For most state income tax payers, your printable 2018 state income tax forms must be postmarked by April 15, 2019. You will be paying state income tax based on the tax year January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Some state income tax forms are not due until later, April 30, 2019, for example. All of the state income tax forms for 2018 are in PDF file format. Each state revenue department expect your 2018 tax forms to be printed on high quality printers. Today's laser and ink jet printers are generally acceptable. You can print your 2018 state tax forms using Standard mode with the Black and White or Grayscale Printing preferences set. No color printing is generally required, however, we recommend that you read the first few pages of any instructions booklet for updates regarding the printing of your state income tax forms.
